After installing Human Expert Pro, I regularly received an error message when shutting down the program. A Windows update didn't help, nor did a driver update, and even a reinstallation of Human Expert Pro didn’t help. Desperate, I asked ISHA Support to perform a reinstallation at my expense. MetaGrandmaster Wim should do the installation-check and he was convinced from the start that it was a Windows problem and he subsequently checked the entire installation, and he was right. MetaGrandmaster Wim lived up to his reputation and discovered that the automatic Synology backup system, which my son-in-law installed on all my computers, sometimes locked a file, preventing Human Expert Pro from writing necessary data when shutting down. I am extremely satisfied with the support of Wim, and he refused to charge for his time, because even though it was caused by third-party software, this was also covered by the installation warranty.
