ISHA Meta Black Box

I started using an ISHA Meta Black Box with Biophilia Tracker X3 recently. When I compare the results using the headphone to the results using the Black
Box, there are many differences in the two. I am using hair for DNA, kept in a glass vial. is that expected? Which results are more reliable?

First question

1). are you using the original ISHA Black Box ?

If yes, please register on the webshop

3) Always use hair + nails+blood+saliva (optional photo)
